Recover Money or Evict

Depending on the type of eviction being processed, the Tenant may decide to pay you overdue money or fix the breach of contract at which point the eviction process would be halted. If not, we get the Tenant out. We arrange for a county deputy sheriff to legally enforce the court's decision to evict.
