Process Court Paperwork

There are many forms that need to filled out to the 'T' for the Clerk of County Courts, and some of those forms require duplicate or triplicate copies. We take care of filling out the paperwork properly, submitting it to the appropriate courthouse, and following up too. We confirm your 3-day notice is admissible, if not we suggest posting a new one to ensure success. After waiting the appropriate time, if the Tenant has not complied with the requests, we file a Clerks Motion with the necessary paperwork.
