What We Do

First things first, we post notices. If you haven't already posted a 3-day notice we'll gladly do it for you. If you have, and have received no response from Tenant, we'll start with the next step of filing the proper paperwork (5-day Summons) with the court and serving the Tenant(s) with the Summons. We use only county deputy sheriffs and/or Florida certified process servers.
