Information on becoming an Eviction Representative

Let's start by explaining a little about what our Eviction Reps do. Essentially, Eviction Reps maintain a territory for which they have exclusivity to market and service evictions originating from that area that they've procured. Just like Jackson Hewitt, H&R Block and Liberty Tax Service advertise and maintain offices where they perform tax guidance and tax preparation services, an Eviction Rep markets the service they offer to their community - evictions.

Eviction Reps don't actually perform evictions, they promote evictions services to Landlords and Lawyers in the community. Eviction Reps enter the landlord and tenant info into the site, along with relevant lease details, and submit it to our backend eviction processing system. Updates are given to Eviction Reps when new developments occur within the process (i.e. the tenant contested the eviction, the tenant agreed to pay overdue money, permission was given from the court to proceed with an eviction, etc.) and then the Eviction Rep updates his/her customer and acts as the primary point of contact with the customer.
